>> welcome back. 6:44. three people have been taken into custody in the murder of a d.c. school principal. two men are charged with first- degree murder in the death of brian betts. he was found dead in his home three weeks ago. police believe it was a robbery that turned deadly. police arrested one of the suspect's mother on a related charge. police are investigating a death in north baltimore permit a woman was found dead.

police are trying to determine how she died. they do not suspect foul play. a controversial tax proposal is one step closer to becoming law. the taxation committee agree that the plan to allow the full council to vote on a 4 cent tax on bottled water and soda. is to bring in an additional $11 million. the council will vote on this later in may. that brings us to your answers to our water cooler question of the day. we asked -- would you be more inclined to return beverage containers if you received a tax refund?
